POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIPS AVAILABLE

BIOLOGICAL PHYSICS THEORY
Postdoctoral fellowships in biological physics theory are available in 2013/2014. Topics include study of emergence of modularity in evolving biological systems, evolutionary and immune system dynamics, and cancer evolution. Spin glass theory plays a key role in many of these studies. Ph.D. in condensed matter or biological physics theory required. Excellent medical and retirement benefits are included. To apply, send resume and three letters of reference to Prof. Michael W. Deem, Department of Physics & Astronomy - MS61, Rice University, 6100 Main Street, Houston, TX 77005-1892, mwdeem@rice.edu.
MOLECULAR SIMULATION OF ZEOLITES AND MOFS
Postdoctoral fellowships in materials theory are available in 2013/2014. Topics include theory for organic structure directing agents for zeolite nucleation from silica solution and mechanisms of MOF templating. Ph.D. with emphasis in computational statistical mechanics required. Excellent medical and retirement benefits are included. To apply, send resume and three letters of reference to Prof. Michael W. Deem, Department of Bioengineering - MS142, Rice University, 6100 Main Street, Houston, TX 77005-1892, mwdeem@rice.edu.
